For live betting, Musplay provides real-time odds and reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to system errors or delays. Musplay strictly prohibits syndicate betting, arbitrage betting, and other unfair betting practices and reserves the right to close accounts and forfeit winnings in such cases. Each user must bet fairly and honestly and must not engage in any fraudulent activity against Musplay or other players.
Musplay regularly offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and other promotional offers. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions, and it is the user's responsibility to read and understand them fully before claiming a bonus. Musplay imposes wagering requirements for bonuses, which means a specific amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, if a BDT 500 bonus has a 10x wagering requirement, you must wager BDT 5000. There is a specific time limit to fulfill the wagering requirement, and if not completed within this period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
Musplay strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes creating multiple accounts, collaborative betting, and using low-risk betting strategies solely to clear bonuses. If Musplay detects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel bonuses, suspend accounts, and forfeit winnings. All bonuses are granted at Musplay's sole discretion, and Musplay reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. A user may claim the same type of bonus only once unless otherwise stated.

Musplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to rule violations, fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, providing false information, and bonus abuse. If an account is closed, all pending bets will be settled, and valid balances will be refunded, but if fraud or rule violations are found, Musplay reserves the right to forfeit funds. If a user wishes to close their account themselves, they must contact customer support, and the account will be closed after all pending bets are settled and the balance is withdrawn.
All content displayed on the Musplay website and mobile application, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of Musplay or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. The Musplay brand name and logo are registered trademarks, and users may not use them without Musplay's written permission. You may view and use Musplay content for personal and non-commercial purposes only. If you have any complaint or dispute, contact Musplay customer support and provide detailed information. Musplay takes all complaints seriously and endeavors to respond within 14 working days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties may agree to independent arbitration or alternative dispute resolution methods.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. By using the Musplay platform, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. Musplay reserves the right to change these terms at any time, and the amended terms will be effective as soon as they are posted on the website.
